My throttle mod will work and provide an increase in throttle response on ANY skoot whether it is FBW or direct cable to throttle body or carburetor. My mod also incorporates in it's design an aspect which helps in low throttle opening engine smoothness and response.

Proper throttle cable adjustment is important on all skoots, having the least amount of cable slack offers better throttle control but DOES NOT alter the ratio of throttle grip rotation to throttle plate opening.

To make that statement without proof is erroneous. Frst, I am sure not you or them have
seen my mod and how it is made; are the materials used the same, is the machining/final design the same? Have they offered support and taken the time to post specific instructions on removal/installation/adjustment as I have ?

Unlike you I can't and won't make such a blanket statement comparing my mod to someone else's unless i have seen, inspected and tried their modification. Then and ONLY then would i be knowledgeable enough to offer my experience.

Maybe you can post some testimonials relaying the experiences others are having with the other mods available.

Until you have proof due to a direct and un-biased comparison there is something that is the same/better/cheaper it's not wise to offer info making that kind of statement.

I have performed this mod for MANY Nomads, matter of fact the first customer that had this mod done is local here in South Florida and owns a Nomad. His results were documented here and on another forum, matter of fact he started the "throttle modification" thread!
The Nomads respond well to this mod as it has the same delay programmed into the ECU as the other Vulcans. Zero slack in the cables does NOT alter the ratio of grip rotation to throttle plate operation.

Im doing it. Thanks for the info boys. Sorry was a little thick between the ears and didnt see the contact info. Didnt read whole thread. Was convinced after a couple of testimonials. I have been frustrated by the throttle delay and the inability to control the throttle as well as i would like at low speed. Im doing the mod. Seems inexpensive to me. I will report how it goes when im done. Thanks again for passing it along.

Did the throttle mod. Amazing! Like a completely different bike in the way it tunes the throttle in. Great control and no lag. I am really impressed. If you have a voyager and it has not had the throttle modified and you want to deal with it, do the mod. Whether you get it from ray or some where else just do the job because it is amazing. Improves ridability dramatically. Total control! Thanks Ray!

Please explain the air temp sensor relocation. I have an 08 Nomad with Joe's dual plate intake would this be beneficial.

You are on a site that a fellow member is making what appears to be a good product... backed by an increasing number of testimonials and you make an asinine statement like this? And then add contact information without any backing of what the hell your guy makes.
