The majority are transplants either from the North or from Cuba /Russia thats the way it seems to me from the places I have been in Fla. (Panama City-Clearwater- Daytona- Orlando) some of the ones out in the country away from the tourist are may not be.

Welcome to Maine, soon-to-be-neighbah! Glad to read you enjoyed your recent visit and happy to hear you're moving up to this neck of the woods. You can leave your R's down south, you won't need them up he-ah. As you've already heard, we pahk our cahs in the yahd. Drop a note if theres anything you need settling in, like maybe your relatives up here didn't tell you the really important stuff like where the good Kawi shops are (Friend & Friend in Ellsworth and Orono).
