Look at the big picture here....1 person snapped a little at you , but 3 or 4 or 5 defended you

Bought a new helmet

Emails, forum posts and the like, run a risk of being misunderstood.
Don't be too offended "watchman", if T.C. and maybe a couple of other members might have a difference of opinion, by what you have said/done. A lot is "lost in translation". And we are all entitled to our opinions. Thank God for that! :)
We weren't with you when you went to the dealer, we don't know what was asked, or the response to any questions that may have been asked. The info about the helmet as intended, was a good and appreciated gesture. Thanks ;) ;)

When you get to my age and don't feel good your short tempered, irtated easily and don't take critizism very well. I'm a big boy with broad shoulders. Just let it die and let's get along with our lives.

We are all grown adult men ( I speak for myself) with a hobby we enjoy. Where & how one spends their money is the choice of that indivudual. Watchan was looking out for the best interest of his wallet & in hopes to help others on this forum. Every situation is different. I do not like to buy off the web because I want to be sure of the item that I purchase. My wife uses ebay stores all the time. Watchman, do not let comments bother you, it was the thought that counts.

Geeezzz, watchman I was just stating my opinion. When you explained the whole story of what went on at the dealers I made a second post. You may want to go back and read it.
If you were offended by my first post I would like to make a public appology, I'm Sorry for any hurt feelings and don't hold the whole forum accountable for what you percieved as my critisisum.

Yeah I know my spelling sucks but I'm on my backup 10 year old computer and the spell check dosen't work.
