+1 on triple A card. But remember when u travel u might not have cell service. I've ridden roads in places where I only passed 4 cars in about 115 to 125 miles.(I know u know this but I'd figure I'd just point it out). :)

In addition to the OEM kit:
StopNGo plugger
Slime compressor
Deltran Battery Tender extension cable and battery clips - I have the quick-connect on the battery, the extension plugs into that, and the battery clips plug into the extension: voila! jumper cables.
First aid kit
Suntan lotion in a tube
LED Flashlight
Multi-tool

Especially out here in the west. Cell service can be very spotty and that AAA card is only as good as your cell coverage. I do have an AMA membership w/roadside assistance as well. And I also carry tools.
