I'd suggest contacting Brian Gibson directly at 949 770 0400 x2629. He would be the one to resolve your concerns.

BTW- I got a membership at Cortez last year and I DID receive it. :)

I won 2 at the Redwoods and am filling out one of them today. all it is is a post card with your name vin and other stuff on it...

Haven't heard anything yet. Why would a group/club have an email address and a phone number and not even bother returning emails or calls?

Kawagirl and Todd are in the "circle of influence" so they got thier's. I still haven't heard a thing after leaving a message. I'm thinking the $20 I could have used for a ride is history. Glad I have KawaNOW emergency list and the MTF emergency list to fall back on if I need a hand.

It's not about the $20 to me. It's the principle of it.

I think its probably a fair guess to say that I'd not depend on the tow service that I was promised.

What makes it worse to me is that I actually talked my buddy into joining at the rally. I wish that I hadn't.

I hear you Chuck. I really wanted to support ROK because they support KawaNOW and get the benefit of the membership. Maybe they are busy or my message got deleted. I will call again tomorrow.
