It looks like just the fork covers are dented. Take it apart and inspect. If it's just the covers, it's a cheap fix.

You can replace each fork as an assembly. 44071-0527 (left) & 44071-0528 (right). they are 641.13 for each side. That's the stock OEM parts.
I closed my shop for the next 6 years so I can't help you out.
