Most depressing day of the year

I have Sea Foam and Stabil. For storing the bike over the winter I will go with Stabil. Never had an issue with it. If it aint broke, don't fix it

I've used Sea-Foam in the tank every winter on every bike I've owned. I've never had any problems come spring, so like TC said, there's no point in fixing what's working for me.

May not be as farfetched (sp) as it sounds. Imagine, train loads of snow bound for drought stressed areas. Or, pipelines/ tanker trucks from snow melting plants. Hmmmm. I bet the farm I am not the first to think of this. ;)

Does Sea-Foam make a fuel stabilizer similar to Sta-bil? When I read that S-F was put in the tank and run, I began to wonder.
SeaFoam...ummmm.....gooooooddddddd......

Yep, I put about 1/4 can in my tank after the last fill up. Might be a while before it gets ridden again. Works kind of like StaBil, I just prefer it to StaBil. Don't know why, just do.

I checked out the S-F info and would likely use it if I lived in areas with the winters many of you enjoy. I have used Sta-bil in all of my power equipment and never had an issue. I did use Sea-foam spray in my sandrail engine as a fogger. Since the rail has found a new home, I can't give an opinion on it.

Its great to know of other options for making our machines last longer. May be a good topic for another thread.
