I can't stay cooped up any longer. The forecast calls for 42 degrees today. Sounds like a good day to do 100 miles or so.

I hope you make it Spence. We are forecast for snow all weekend. Man, it's gonna feel good to get back in the saddle when winter breaks. Just watch our for sand and gravel on the road surfaces, especially in corners and at stops.

I couldn't stand it anymore. Clouds parted a little, no snow or rain, well not much anyway. Needed to run a quick errand so I backed the Nomad out of the garage and went for a spin. Oh man was it nice!!!! I love that bike. Nice and smooth, plenty of power. Had to take a detour and hit the interstate for a few miles.

I'm at my dads house right now in Lehi - getting back on the bike and heading home.

Lehi to Tooele. Do you have to take I-15 or is there a back road?

Took the back road It takes a little longer than the freeway but less psychos. Head south out of Tooele and then east on Hwy 73. Just me and the open road. Can't complain about the 40's when the bikes been in the Garage all winter. GREAT RIDE!!
