Unlikely. First he said he wanted a Harley. :)

I get the big picture, just not the big payment. I am a cheap bastard.

I test drove a Soft Tail and 2 Road Kings before I chose my Nomad. I chose the one that was/is best for me. You have my respect for getting back on after going down.

Chose the ride that's right for you and don't worry about what anyone else thinks about it.

It's "Under a freeway".

How is the parking there? I can't imagine it's a safe place for the hog. ;)

Previous to purchase of my Nomad, I was only interested in "American Machines". I wasn't even serious about the Nomad "test ride". I thought that I was just going to give a "comparison opinion" for the sales guy after turning him down on 3 H-D's. Instead I came back from the test ride and bought the Nomad.

Ride what you like and what fits.........to me I prefer the looks over any year Nomad to the Road King. I do however like some of the available colors on the Road Kings.

Actually kudos to most everyone who replied for being nice. Can you imagine what would have happened on the HD forum had he suggested he was thinking of trading his Road King for a Nomad???:-o

That is a great thought! It is great that we dont judge what other people ride cause like what has been said before"It is the same wind"!! I would greatfully take a Road King if someone gave me one!

I'd take the Road King too. Might be able to trade it for a new 1700 6 speed Nomad with a set of '08 side bags. . .
