You're in Florida for God's sake!!! Is it snowing? Is it raining! ;)
Then ride the darn thing! You lucky "son-of-a-gun".

Oh and welcome again,... if I've already greeted you. Hope to see you at the National in June.

Ricky, when you are from Florida (like me) the 40's is really, really cold!

There was a time when I lived in the great white frozen north, and if the roads were clear and it got above freezing in Feb I'd put the battery back in the bike and go for a ride,,,but not anymore!

Now when it gets down into the 40's I wait a couple days until it's back in the 60's and then I go for a ride! I was happy to trade risking frost bite on the warm Feb day ride up north for the hassel of making sure I have lotion on so I don't get a sunburn durring the occassional winter ride!

Hello ? Anyone in SW Florida near Ft. Myers ? I am looking for a Vulcan owner that may be able to help me learn about the bike. ( I have ridden Harley for the past 12 years and Vamaha before that) I am looking at the purchase of a 2004' 1500... 40,000 miles... Thanks in advance for any help... my e-mail is : BASMAIL123987@GMAIL.COM So far I have learned that these bikes may have a problem with "slipping out of gear" from what I have seen on here in just a very short time.
