Either day works for me. It's up to everyone else.

The problem with switching days this late is that people make plans to do things and may not be able to make it on Saturday. Some people may be working on Saturday or may have a ride setup already for Saturday with a different group of riders.

Channel 5 weather is showing raindrops in their forecast for Saturday. I think we should just leave this alone and do the ride on Sunday as planned.

I am fine with Saturday or Sunday. Saturday would actually be better. This would give me an excuse to not go watch my daughter's boyfriend act in a play.

If Joe (id-man) doesn't have a problem with Saturday we'll do it Saturday.

Boy Nov 4th seemed such a long time off when I first read it....but by gum that's this weekend! Um, if I had to pick a day right now I'd say Sunday just because I've been fighting flu for the last 3 days and missing work which will have to be made up. Assuming that I feel better by then <God I hope so>, my only other reservation against Sat would be having time to hook up the battery adapter and test my electric apparel. If the temperature's really going to be in the 50s maybe that's not even a concern, but rain is a deal killer for me. I do not want to be that far out in cold rain after just battling flu. Whichever day is DRYEST.

Joe, do you want me to meet you at Exit 8 off 495 and ride up from there with you?
If you do, I'll meet you at Honey Dew Donuts, 855 Broadway, Raynham, MA at 12:30 PM on Sunday. It will give you a chance to get off the bike and warm up for a half hour with a cup of coffee. The Honey Dew Donut shop is easy to get to. Take a left when you get off exit 8. It's a quarter of a mile down the street.

I'm going to bow out of this ride. Sunday is just going to be a colder day with highs for me in the upper 40's and for you in the mid 40's coupled with the wind chill and I have 2- 2 1/2 hr. ride I don't see it being fun. You guys have a great time, I'll look forward to meeting back up in the spring.

Just watched the weather. They're saying 48 for a high on Sunday plus a wind chill.
I think we should just cancel this meet up until the spring. Even with heated gear on the highway you will feel this.

I'm holding all commitment till I see how my fever plays out....and the weather of course. High 40s with clouds isn't terrible but I can fully understand ctrider's hesitation. So who else was planning...BigRed, HwyRyder...if it falls apart maybe we could meet somewhere mid-way between all of us. That would not put an excessive distance on any one person...just think out loud with my fingers.
