Backfiring

Hmm, let's see. Beezer put on louder pipes and then started to hear what sounded like a shotgun blast between second and third. Sounds like he has a peeved neighbor. Problem will probably go away if he leaves home by another route.

I got a Techlusion TFI and it helped plus it helped wake this puppy up with a Caddman intake installed as well by Ole Dawg.

Well today it hit 42 degrees but with wet roads and salt I decided to marble up the reed valves on my new Nomad. (since I couldn't ride) I did notice a backfiring when I'd roll on the throttle after warming her up and yes it did the trick. No more backfiring and purring like a kitten.
I also got rid of the gasket on the left side air cover (filter side) to perhaps draw in a bit more air. One thing is for sure, the 1600 is a different beast than the 1500 I had, lots of differences but similarities also.
