Spot light Bulbs

Just because I have an on off switch doesn't mean I have a relay does it?

Would the relay most likely be in the headlight bowl?

Right. A lot of folks have the switch and no relay. An easy install would find the relay inside the headlight bucket.

Hey Utah. If you want to PM me with an e-mail addy, I can send you a How To with Relay explained for the Nomad that I made up for a bud a while back.

It is in Word format with explanations of each connection.

Spot light Bulbs

CWI lights the way they are mounted the bulbs vibrate so much they blow, replace them with GE 4111 lamp and you will have no problems.

Spot light Bulbs

It may have been a post from me about a month ago. I have Chuckster's setup. I upgraded the original H3 bulbs to 55 watt H3 bulbs and there seems to be no problem yet. Will try to add some type of rubber mount or washer to soften the vibration in order to increase the life of the bulbs.
