Debaffe failure- Updated,got'em out

I just got done removing my baffles. I love the sound! Mine came out really easy. Can't wait to get it on the road. To bad there's a foot and a half of snow on the ground. Guess I'll just have to start it up in the garage a few times till spring.

In the background is what snow would look like for those who are wondering. Today the outside air temp is 12 degrees above with a 17 mile per hour wind. No rides in the near future. I did start up the bike and backed it out of the garage just to hear it outside.

Debaffe failure- Updated,got'em out

I done the baflectomy last summer and I just noted last couple times I started her in the garage (cause there is snow here..lol) that black soot is coming out. is this normal?

Mine does the same thing. It always has, I wouldn't give it a second thought. They run a little rich when they are first started.
Once the snow is gone you won't notice that anymore.
