I feel for you man, I might be in the same mess with a knee in a short time. I buggered my knee up by shoveling snow off a roof a couple of months ago and it's gradually getting worse. I've put off going to the doc since I don't want to miss our short riding season and the rally but I can hardly walk on it tonight so I guess I'll see the doc when we get back from Kalispell.

Hey, I'm just saying, I know what a sore knee is like and some days it makes me wonder if I can ride and yep, you betcha, I can and do. But of course, ricky just has surgery, and if BC comp is anything like Alberta comp, you pretty much have to do what the doc says or comp can screw you up big time.

Because, I can tell you, the ride on Tuesday is everything everyone here has said and more. Fantastic road, fantastic scenery, fantastic company on the best motorcycles made; one not to miss.

I know I'm not from your part of the country but thought I would throw in a picture.

Yes, indeed.

Kris, another weird thing is that you did the Beartooth HWY in June 2009, a couple months later we covered the same area.

Don't tell me what your next big ride is and let's see what happens :)

Scott, did you notice one of your drain hoses is sticking out on that pic? The UltraNomad looks much bigger than a stock one!

I took this today. Not the best background, .....it's just in my driveway of the complex where I live.

Rick, another nice shot, thanks for posting! Do you know why our board has been so quite lately?

Here's one more pic from me, my Vulcan in Lassen Volcanic National Park in August 2010:

I don't know why it's so quiet. I know Kevin [ Voyager] is/was in Europe, John [ Bdog] might be working in Ft mac.. Dave [hammer] is busy with his strata I think. The rest might be getting the last of the season in before it rains every day or snows. Are you still in for the 26th?
Oh and are you interested in going to Ferndale WA and let a Co. use your bike to make a solo rack? There's a thread asking someone in the area if they'd be interested. I obviously passed.

Rick, I didn't know about that, will take a look at it. Yes, indeed I like a solo setup.

And, I'd like to go to Oyster Rally also.

Thanks,

E.
