http://gadgetjq.com/harpo_steeringlube.htm That is one reason I did not change/remove to grease the bearing when I tightened my stem bearing.

That's what I was going to add but didn't was that, it might not be the best way to insure having grease on the bearing but filling the tube full of grease and seeing some come out at the top and bottom you are getting grease to them. I know this method had been debated a lot on here but like I said it was one of the first things I did when I got the bike and so at least I know it has some grease in it.

When I filled mine the first time bike on jack every 3 pumps with grease gun I rotated the handle bars lock to lock 3 times. Took a while to fill it but grease oozed out top and bottom bearings all the way around. Now once a year it only needs a couple pumps of the grease gun with bike on jack rotating handle bars.

Well it looks like my dealer is going to honour the warranty. He called the Canadian Kawi headquarters and they said its a gray area. So bearings plus 2 hours labour. I'm happy.

The manual listed psi is for a soft ride Not good handling and longer tread wear.

I weigh in excess of 250 lbs and want a soft ride. Also in Kansas it's 99.99% straight roads. I ran the same pressures in oem tires and didn't have to replace them until the 7500 service.

The tire sidewall lists the MAXIMUM pressure for the MAXIMUM load that the tire can carry. The pressure in the owners manual is the recommended pressure for the tire as used in the specific application.

I got the front end wobble!
I have a 2011 Vaquero, 30K miles, MC II front and rear, 19K miles on rear and 10K on front. I got a mild headshake on decal back in May, I was in the NC/TN mountains In Sep and it got violent quick! It shook on decel, through the corners, 55 MPH with the cruise on, I mean it was tank slapping bad! When I got home I took everything apart, replace the head bearings with all balls, put new OEM bridgestones back on, front and rear, and now I can't make it wobble at all. I don't know what the cause was but I did everything to cure it and prevent it from coming back. The bearings looked ok, other than cheap, and they had enough grease. Tire wasn't cupped, I ran 38 in the front and 40 in the rear.
