There are plenty on places to stay in the area.

I assume we are talking about Arkadelphia_Arkansas? Of course I prefer whatever is the host hotel with everyone else. When on my own, I like to follow Trip Advisor. They give highest rating to Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn.

We are going to try and make it a full fledged rally, just as soon as the date is set I will get us a base motel. Also if anyone is familiar with the area and would like to put some ride ideas together the help would be greatly appreciated.
