Hi All,

Here is an update on rooms still available. It appears a few have said they are going but have not booked their room. Not a problem but just want to encourage everyone to reserve their room so they don't get shut out.

6 Rooms and 2 Tipis are left.

As of today we have the following rooms open;

2 single Kings
2 Double Queens
2 cabins (single queens)
2 tipi lodges Furnished (except for bathrooms) Queen beds with twin bed

well I think I have my room reserved but without any confirmation to date it
is hard to say for sure.

From what I am counting there should be almost 18 rooms reserved if everyone on the list has booked their rooms. That would leave 5 rooms not taken. I have not received my conformation either but not really worried about it at the moment. Maybe he will give you the list of names of the people that have reserved rooms and that way you can make sure the people that have said they have rooms are on that list

Should be 16 rooms right now. Old Dog said he was camping and I doubt BeartoothKawi is going to stay at the motel since he lives there. Cliff and Usranger are bunking together.

The gentleman that took my res gave me a confirmation number over phone so I believe I'm good will wait on the email and see what happens

when I made my reservation the young lady I spoke with said the manager wasn't going to send out confirmations until after the first of the year? I reserved a 2 queen room for Sunday thru Thursday. I am wondering if I should contact them and get a confirmation or just wait and let them work on their schedule???

Hey guys, I will ask if they can email me a list of who has what for which dates. That should be simpler short term.

Larry has been pretty up front with me in stating they are a small family run Inn and are slower and less formal than the chain hotels.

We hit them at their peak season over a year ahead of time so I am sure Larry would be appreciate some time. He is only 60 days away from a much slower booking season.
