The weather has turned cooler and more like it should be this time of yr..
This last week the weather has been unseasonably warm with temps in the +6* C to +10* C range. The snow has all but disappeared from around the south Cariboo, right up to Williams Lake and further. I'm expecting snow the day we leave for the coast for Christmas. I can only hope there's a ton of it here when we come home.

I never got a shot while moose hunting this fall. I had a big bull come up to withing about 25 feet of me and stop for a couple minutes, but we couldn't shoot because the fella with the tag didn't show up because of something at work. There is a pic of it here on another thread somewhere.
The 22 rifle I broke the scope crosshairs on is now fixed and working as good as ever again. We got dumped on with about a foot of snow here on Thursday, but yesterday and today it warmed up and its all melting.

Good morning, 30f and cloudy. Last two days in our house of 28 years before we move. With all the reno's and work before putting it on the market, I walk around realizing it is just the way we wanted it! Probably going to take another 28 years to get our country house the way we want it, but living there will be great.

Gerry, yes we are moving to our cottage which is on a nice lake in the Laurentien mountains. It has been in the family for 44 years, so lots of good memories.

Steve, the Montreal house is sold, sold in 4 days for more than the asking price!
We had 4 competing offers. Never thought it would all happen so fast.

Morning 33-38* rained all night, the cars look like a ball of ice.
