Hey Greg.... nice hearing from you. This summer is turning out to be crazy for Kathy and I. With everything going on, I determined the other day that it might be best if I bow out for the Ozarks Rally to keep from possibly having to dump at the last minute. That way, an extra room can be available for someone who will be able to attend.

Other than that... Kathy and I are doing fine. I trust all is well with you and yours?

I smoked chicken quarters last weekend. They're already gone. However, I plan on smoking 6 racks of ribs this weekend for a family get-together.

I might show up with some leftover ribs.

Unfortunately our Auditors decided to visit next week to perform our annual audit and since all county funds are handled by my office, they require me to be here when they are. I've canceled reservations and and informed Dave that we won't be coming to the Rally. We were looking forward to to this trip to see old friends and meet new ones.

Hope to see everyone in Antlers in the Fall.
