Where are you staying and for how long?
Here's a few suggestions: Ride up to the top of Mount Magazine. (309) Can't go to AR without riding the Pig Trail (23 N of Clarksville). Stop at Mulberry trading post for a t-shirt, pin or patch if you're into that. 123 and 7 are terrific roads. Honestly, a terrific area to ride in - hard to go wrong unless you go SE.

I have ridden in and thru Arkansas the last 3 years, And will do again this year. Its beautiful riding.
27 from Norman to Danville is nice. Then you can take it all the way to Dover and get on 7. Then take that to 123 and go to mt Judea. Or stay on 7 to Jasper. 123 right before you get to Mt Judea can be a little scary if you don't like steep down hill hair pin turns. There's a lot of other roads that split off of these that are great to. A base camp in Russellville or Harrison and you can ride any direction and be on great roads fairly quick. Just plan cordially as gas can be scarce sometimes.
