Thurs meet at motel?

From what I've read most everybody is arriving Thurs day or at least by evening. I know everyone will have different issues as we will be coming from different areas/distances, but I was wondering if we should try to make some rendezvous time at the motel, say around 5PM to try and greet/meet?

What do you think?

Thats exactly what we did last year., and for the late arrivals we left instructions at the motels desk where we were at. As time gets closer I be asking for phone numbers so we know if someone is going to be late or not coming.

Its about a 7 1/2 - 8 hour ride for me so if we leave about 6 or 7 am we should be there in plenty of time. There will be a couple guys coming along with me as well. Just have a couple beers on ice if you get there early.

What u guys do for a cooler last yr. Buy a cheap styrofoam one?

As regional leader I think we should make Fish's room the designated party room and fill his bathtub with beer............

I second that emotion :) Last year Beezer had a 30 pack in our frig. he was team leader then, and the group was smaller,, So a Bigger group and a BIGGER FISH means MORE beer! and PARTY till ya PUKE in FISH's room
