Fairing Headlight Opening Photo
I'm looking into installing a new headlight and keep the front ring of the fairing intact. Looking at the prices of all the pieces I need, however, kinda leads me to trimming the headlight opening to fit the Nomad headlight. Does anyone who has trimmed their faring to fit the stock headlight have a picture of what the opening looks like after trimming their fairing? Just trying to get an idea of how much to trim and how to go about it.
Any help greatly appreciated. Pete Login or Register to Remove Ads |

I didn't need to trim anything and the fit is pretty tight

Actually isn't that a radio caddy fairing rather than a Tsukayu?

I don't have a picture of just the headlight but my HD was cut by the privous owner and looks like the one on Gadget's page. Sure was a snap to install. Now I can remove it with just four bolts and replace the windshield at will.

How is this one.
The mounting bracket was made by Lee Sido. It mounts to the forks using the same four bolts that are used for the windshield. It mounts to the Harley outer fairing using the four points on the fairing and the three points at the windshield. A perfect fit, easy to install or remove. SteveO |
