A lot of guys use the very adjustable Kuryakyn Longhorn Duallys.
I had them on my Nomad and then my Voyager.

I am 6'3" and can use mine easily, but it is more comfortable for me to put my heel on the floorboard and the ball of my foot on the highway peg. Mine are the universals, so I mounted them where I could use them that way.

Maybe you could get a piece of flat bat with a couple of holes in it to bring the footpeg closer to you ?

Yes i could, but i would probably never use them. Our road's are'nt 100's of mile's long,so i dont need to rest up on them anyway.i just put my heel's on the floorboard's and i am as comfy as you please, plus the cost of chroming over here is stupid, and those Kuryakin dog leg peg's are 2x the price here too.

I'm 5'10" tall and purchased a set of these. I haven't had a chance to install them yet because of the cold and snow. Hopefully this week.

The long horn offset wouldn't work for me.

Most of us up here in Canada are 7-3 to 7-10, so they are a must.

+1 on the heel and ball method. That's the way I ride, I find it more comfortable and I feel more layed back riding position.
