Laconia day ride

I'm going to take a ride up to Laconia, NH on Sunday the 15th. Can anyone recommend a decent place to eat in the area other than Hart's Turkey Farm?

If I eat one of their turkey dinners I won't be able to ride home.

If you like Italian food try Fratello's Restaurant at 799 Union Ave in Laconia. It is very good.

This is a list of 57 restaurants in Laconia ranked by patrons, 1-57. Good luck.

Thanks for the info guys.

I had already seen the 57 restaurants on trip adviser. I was looking for personal experience.

Tomorrow will be such a nice day I decided to modify my ride.

I'm going to leave Quincy, MA early in the AM and head north. I'll jump off the highway in Lincoln, NH and gas up. From there I'll shoot up Rt. 112 to Rt. 302 and take Rt. 302 down to Littleton. I'll grab some breakfast in Littleton and then head back down Rt. 302 to Woodsville, NH. From there I'm going to take the back roads down to Laconia and grab some lunch in Laconia. After lunch I'll jump on the highway and head south back to Quincy.

The total trip should be around 400 miles and take about 10 - 11 hours with stops.

Have a great time, be safe and eat hearty.

P.S. macmac lives about 25 miles from Weir's beach, maybe he could tell you of a great restaurant.

Haven't seen him on the forum for about a week. He must be on vacation somewhere.

He has been hiding in a cave on Mt. Washington for a week, playing hide and seek. He had
hidden himself so good no one could find him. Anyway the Muster in the Mountains is over
and he should be home by now. He's probably just taking his makeup off.

The ride was 398.6 miles round trip. A little nippy starting out but it got warmer as the day went on. No foliage yet. I have to reduce the size of the few pics that I took. Will post them after I get the blood flowing back through my hands.
