Dumb Mistake
A few days ago, I was changing some information on my profile, and stupidly hit the " delete account" button instead of the " modify account " button. So, all of my 1,200+ posts, and other info went into cyberspace, I guess. I'm still here. Just starting over.
To top it off, I received the results of my medical check up, and I have type II Diabetes along with blood pressure through the roof. Now, BP is under control with meds, but now I am on a special diet, and an exercise routine for the Diabetes. could be a lot worse, I guess. Last week just wasn't a good news week. Welcome to the forum Painless.
 Sorry to hear about the health issues. You better follow that diet and exercise program my friend. You're OK as long as the Doc doesn't tell you that you can't ride anymore. Then you'd have to find another Doc huh Doc?And I was going to let you work on my teeth.....

Dumb Mistake
The medical issues are all that are important, Keep on top of those and you will be OK. As for the # of posts and the # of stars, just draw them in on your screen and you will never know the difference,We will, but you won't.

Sorry to hear about the medical issue - do as the Dr. says and you should be ok.

Frank noticed this morning that you were our newest member. Of course I sent you a PM to find out what happened. Welcome back. Maybe there is something that Trip can do but not sure.
Frank, I have been a type II diabetic since 2000. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. The important thing is to check your blood glucose at least four times a day. I check when I get up and either before or after each meal and then at bed time. You have got to know where your glucose reading is or you are wasting your time. Not to mention shortening your life.
