Pic sizes on the forum........

I like all the pics floating around on the forum as much as the next guy, but some of them are getting rather large, which makes it really, really tough to "speed scroll" through.

Not to mention the bandwidth it's taking up....so from here on, please resize all the pics you use in your posts to be no larger than 350 (width) by 350 (height) pixels in size. This is effective for not only pics you place in your posts, but pics in your footer also. The pic size in your avatar should only be 100x100 which you can set in your profile.

If you are not familiar on how to resize pictures, then get with me or you can use a program that comes with Windows called Paint that can resize pics for you.

Thanks for your help.

Trip

TRIP, I resized mine on photobucket. I tried to use paint but , as usual, couldn't figure how to do it. I am sooooooo computer knowledgeable :-[

Sounds good topcat.....as long as they are sized to 350 resolution, that's fine with me.

Man, you're getting good at this, huh?

Would this be a good size? I also use photobucket.

P.S. Looks like KawaNow has it's own new unique phrase now 'speed scroll'.

Just checking to see if I got this right. This photo is supposed to be 262 by 350 pixels.

Yep unwind2.....that's a good size. That pic is 319x238 in size, so it definately is smaller than the 350x350 regulation size.

Dano,
That pic is 360x270. You might shave it down a little bit on the width and you'll be doing good.

Thanks,
Trip
