A little snow in Georgia

Finally got a little snow in Georgia last night. We used to get snow nearly every winter but lately it's been a little rare. A few years ago I had 9" in my front yard so this is just a dusting.

Had to get the Nomad out and take a picture.

And just for kicks, here's a shot of the footprint my "Darkside" tire leaves behind.

Bob, the Nomad looks good in the snow! You could take off your car tire and replace it with a studded car tire and ride to your heart's content! If you'd like more snow, we could truck some of ours down there!

Rig up flame thrower exhaust and you could clean up the driveway while warming up the Nad.

Flurries???? dustings????? And you guys are complaining?????

How about exteme cold and snow? I haven't seen most of the ground since before Christmas. So far for the year (since Oct 1) we have had over 36 inches of snow. It has been so cold lately that we have around 2 ft of frost in the ground.

Exactly right Mac! And after 20-some years living in Michigan and upstate New York that is why I have spent the last 39 years right here in Georgia!

A little snow in Georgia

Here in north Alabama we had some snow. Lots of road problems and many wrecks. Here at the house we only had a dusting.
