Thunder mfg gasket
Got one ordered and should have it on Monday.
Question. Does it replace the original oring seals, or do they go back on as well?

I put the gasket in mine. You will want to retain the O-rings, as they seat in a little round groove and must remain there for a proper seal. Don't worry, if you are careful, you won't need to worry about them falling out. I sealed both sides of the gasket with permatex hi-temp silicon as per advice from Rac'nRay. I was able to do the job without having to remove the throttle cables but I did take the tank off, it gives you a whole lot more room to get your wrenches and the gasket in there.
