V&H fuel processor
Just wondering if anyone has A v&h processor. or some thoughts on it and/or it's bretherend of a different make? my thought was i V&H pipes get the V&H processor. I've done the research on the different models and I know I don't want to deal with a PC so the powercommander is out. please share your thoughts with me.

The V&H system for our bikes is a plug and play 3 pot system much like the Cobra FI 2000R. Should work as well as any other but it looks to be about $50 more than the others?

V&H fuel processor
If I remember right, the V&H Fuel Pak has something like 47 parameters that have to be set, unless it has changed recently. In my opinion, it's too complex for the average user. Any fuel processor will work with V&H pipes just fine.

V&H fuel processor
I just installed a TFI a couple of hours ago. What a huge difference. I think that any Fuel Processor will work. The most common discussed on here are the Cobra and the TFI.
Both are reasonably priced and easy to install. Just my two cents.

I installed a TFI yesterday. I was either going with the cobra or the TFI. Got a helluva deal on a TFI so went that route. Any fuel management system is better than none. May want to search V&H processor reviews to see what others say. JMHO. From what I have read, the TFI is a popular choice here.

Unless V&H changed their unit radically it needed 33 settings of a possible 35, and you needed to call a tech, and pray he knew the bike.
TFI and Cobra are proven units. No fuss no muss, and can't forget.

Hey Matt, well i am right about the fuel pak installation and adjustment but CJ is more right. The fuel pak has 3 adjustment points and it is plug and play but ....
you use one adjustment to increment thru modes (it appears that really will be individual rpm ranges combined with throttle positions on the "dumb-no feedback" systems on our bikes and... you use the other two adjustments to increase or decrease the value for each mode. There are 18 modes or setting points that each get a value and then in some modes a secondary setting is also required. V&H has a tech site for support of the Fuel Pak that is stand alone. Here's the link http://www.fuelpakfi.com/ and there's a installation video and and adjustment video. All of their demos used late model HDs which have intelligent systems with o2 sensors and feedback loops so I wonder if it might not be a little over kill for our bikes but.... it doesn't look that complicated to me.

V&H fuel processor
I know a couple of HD owners who have the V&H Fuel Pak because the dealer sold them a "package" of V&H pipes and the fuel processor. These guys know nothing about their bikes and one of them takes his bike to the dealer to check the air in his tires. (I don't make this stuff up, folks). So they touch nothing on their bikes and the dealer does all their work. So to them, the V&H Fuel Pak couldn't be more simple.
Personally, I am the kind of guy who enjoys working on my bike. I find it therapeutic and I want to understand the inner workings of the bike if for no other reason than to be able to fix it in a pinch if stranded somewhere.

Wise choice. I have many mods, the TFI is my favorite.
