TKD's official "B*tch about it" thread
Ok, so I'm having a bad day and decided we could all use a place where there are no restrictions, no judgement and no repercussions. Feel free to unload about whatever or whoever has you all tweaked up.
I'll start. Hate my boss. Hate people with no common sense Hate people who expect you to read their mind Hate people who hold you accountable for getting things perfect to their standards without sharing the criteria The Government drives me nuts---Reps, Dems, the whole lot The state I live in in general Kids who run amuck with no discipline and or respect for adults. Adults who aren't as smart as the rock they crawled out from under Television programmers who assume my IQ is 6 Television stations that really believe I'll pay attention to commercials if they are 10 times louder People who throw cigarette butts out while I'm on a bike behind them People at Burger King who can't tell the difference between Ketchup and Mayo General society's lack of grammar and spelling (we all make mistakes, but there is no such thing as a 27 line, 1 sentence paragraph) Going into a store and being repeatedly pestered when I dont' need help but abandoned the 1 time I do. Self-Checkout lanes......I'm not there to pad their profits by reducing workload Gas pumps that shut off at $50. What good is a 1/2 tank Solicitation on Sundays and late at night Any service industry that assumes I'm not knowledgeable. Ok, yes, I am torqued today. Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Ya need ta get on that thingy in your siggy pic and disappear for a few hours
To be perfectly honest, I thought this thread was going to be about your getting someone else to ride on the back of your Nomad. I guess I should read thread titles more carefully. |

I could have made quite a list myself thursday night, but after putting about 900 miles on the bike this weekend I'm pretty mellow. Go fire up the bike and let the wind blow your troubles away.

Yes, whenever I have a day like that, I jump on the bike for some "two-wheeled therapy." I've found that I'm in a much better mood when I get back home.

If only that were an option. My best chance to ride is about 10 days a way.
I guess I should really learn to keep things to myself. Better when it's bottled. No one around me gets the aftermath. |

tkd just hang in there, things will always get better. I do know what your talking about in your post, however sometimes you just have to move on with life. Take a short ride on the bike and be by yourself for awhile.

Ah, you gotta swear, and you gotta kick and break something and you got to blow up every now and then. I do it a lot less now that I don't work a desk job, but still manage to have those moments. Fortunately, I can go for a ride after work and during the winter sometimes it is a long ride in back to where I turn in my paperwork at the end of the work day.
