The state of the nation

What do you blokes make of the current situation, regards the Presidency. We British, are not without our problems, regards the EU. But are still a bit confused, as to wtf is going on over there. In my opinion, Trump is a total idiot. But i believe in what he was trying to do. Big business has taken over your country, and indeed, the rest of the "Democratic" world. Now that Zuckerberg/Beezos ect, and others, have finally played their hand. Where does America go from here. You now have private interest's, openly telling you, what you can, and cant say. Fucking unbelievable.

Mick, I voted for Trump as I was sick of politicians and their ideas. Trump is a business man and I liked his ideas. I didn't like his personality but if he could help the country I got past that. He has done some good things for this country while being harassed by the Dems for 4 years.

That being said, Since the election was stolen from him ( yes I think it was stolen by vote manipulation ) he has gone over the edge a bit. That's all he thinks about, not running the country.

Now the Dems want to impeach him under the 25th Amendment. He will be out of office on the 20th any way, why waste more of the taxpayers money. I think the reason is to set a president so the Dems can use it to get Biden out and move on with their plan to make the United States a socialist nation.

Two totally different things.

I'll keep my political opinions to myself as they're not particularly relevant.

As a Brit living in Canada my understanding of the American voting system is limited.
I get the feeling there are many U.S historical wounds of the last 250 years that have never fully healed and every 4 years the scab is picked off and the wound festers all over again. Am I way off in my assumption ?

Hey TC I reckon, any right thinking man, is pissed off with politicians of all denominations. None of the bastards are honest, and none of them have the peoples interest at heart. The whole thing begins, with who can raise the most money to get on TV ffs. At least Trump was prepared to bypass them, and give the rest of us a chance to debate openly. That avenue has now been withdrawn, by those with a different agenda. Makes me wonder who really is in control ?

I agree with post #2. 4 years of hatred and now an idiot. USA is for sale. But I will go silent as this is a motorcycle forum and not a political news feed.

If a POTUS needs to be removed permanently, impeachment is the way to go.

In other news, for the first time in 3 years 87 octane gas is back above $2 here. 3 weeks ago it was 174.9, today it is 225.9. Yah, here we go again.
