Handlebars
There's a great artical in the May issue of Cruiser magazine on page 94 about handlebars. Five things to think about when your installing risers or new bars.
1. Wrists shouldn't twist and should stay as straight as possible in relation to your forearm. 2. Elbows should point down and hang rather than be held up. 3. Shoulders should be relaxed and dropped rather than suspended or flexed when riding. 4. Your reach should be reduced so you don't roll or lift your shoulders to grab the handlebars. 5. You should steer with your arms not your neck, shoulders or back. Login or Register to Remove Ads |
