I know Liberals will doubt this, but I truely hope he succeeds. american needs to at this time or we will have years of grief. I'm just really leary that he will go back to his old ways and act like the most extreme left wing senator in the senate.

i think we all hope he succeeds,noe of us want him or the country to fail...that being said...closing a retention facility full of people ready to blow themselves up with no plan as to what to do with them aint the way to go...if nothing else, puttem on a plane and drop them closer to their motherland...

I dont hope he succeeds in increasing wealth redistribution
I hope he doesnt succeed in muzzling dissent
I hope he doesnt succeed in creating a civil defense force as well equipped as the armed forces
I hope he doesnt succeed in giving money to people who should never have gotten mortgages in the first place.

I do hope we pull out of this recession in spite of his efforts to punish those who create wealth

The torrent of hateful words is part of what terrorism experts now believe is a deliberate, even desperate, propaganda campaign against a president who appears to have gotten under al-Qaeda's skin. The departure of George W. Bush deprived al-Qaeda of a polarizing American leader who reliably drove recruits and donations to the terrorist group.
