ARL needed for the Southwest Region

Now that Audiogooroo is the RL.....the Southwest region needs a new Assistant Region Leader.

Duties are not too strenuous....just help Audiogooroo in planning and organizing rallys and ride in the future.

Shouldn't take up too much of your time.
