KawaNOW Patch
I've been thinking lately about designing a patch for KawaNOW. And believe me, I'm certainly not looking to make any money at this....the patches (once designed, created and manufactured) will be offered at cost. I've designed logos for three different motorcycle groups and had two of them turned into patches and all of them have turned into a "break-even" proposition.....which is fine with me. I'm thinking about producing a 3.5" diameter patch to start with.
So, let me get something designed and put together, then I'll find out what the cost will be. There's a company here in East Texas that produced patches for me several years ago. I'll check and see if they're still in business. Trip

Trip, I would be proud to have the patch on my vest. I don't know about the whole member# and card thing but I will go with the masses on that issue. I can't wait to see your designs

Well Nico...judging by your 1st post, I'd say you had a h@ll of a lunch today...LOL.
Thanks to you and bluetongue for your comments. Nothing against your idea Nicho, but I don't really want to get into the membership number and card thang. Mainly because it's a lot of maintenance and can turn this forum and website into a costly piece of work. I want to try and make this forum, the website and everything about it as cost free as possible to the supporters. That doesn't mean I'm not close minded to doing that in the future tho. So far, the only cost that I have in everything (other than my time) is the registering of the domain name. Hosting for the website is being provided free of charge by an IT friend of mine and of course Proboards is hosting the forum free of charge. I plan on working on some designs soon. I'll post some stuff here later.

I think the knife thing is cause the Nomad has just about everything you need to get the job done.
I like the 2nd one the best Trip. |

topcat, the knife thing is exactly what bluetongue described....the Nomad is everything like a swiss army knife. Oh well, based off of your reaction, I'd say that idea was a dud. No problem tho....since bluetongue and most of you liked the second draft patch, and Nico wanted some different lettering...tell me what you think of this one?
