Please print these, fill them out and bring them to the rally.

You should keep the ICE form on your person.

Here is an ICE card link where you can type-in your information, and print it.

It has a few different sizes to fit various places.

Keeping one on your person is highly recommended, because with a bike accident you are not going to be on your bike, and emergency personnel are not going to look through your saddlebags looking for one.

Anyway, this is great tool to make an ICE Card.

So if i dont fill this out i cant ride with you ???????correct .......Im not sure if im coming till time is here..

NO one can sue u if this is not filled out? It will never hold up in court?

We ask that everyone attending bring a signed waiver form. We will have some extra copies at the park.

It works for me, but try here and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
See if you can get those to open. I'll bring some to the rally just in case.
