Stebel to the rescue!

I was riding home from work yesterday on a surface street, 3 lanes each way. I was eastbound in the center lane and a woman in a black car changed lanes from the left lane to the one I was in. Unfortunately, I don't think she looked to the right, because she came over without signaling and her rear bumper was maybe 12"-18" from my front tire. I gave her a blast from the Stebel, and through her rear window, I saw her jump. It must have rattled her, because she did a couple of erratic moves afterward. I couldn't see if she was on a cellphone or not, her windows were darkly tinted. She turned left (which means she had to change back to the left lane) about 200 yards further down the road, and I stayed on my eastbound course.

Soiled panties might explain the erratic movements after the Stebel blast.

Mine has justified itself several times.

Fully recommend it.

Mine has paid for itself on many occasions.
Just yrsterday,I had a Jeep pull out in front of me and when I blew the horn,it scare them so bad they went into the oncoming lane to get out of my way.Thankfully there weren't any cars coming.

I would be worried she would slam on the brake, since she probably had no idea where the horn blast was from....

That was my concern, too. Just because she wasn't paying attention doesn't mean I wasn't. As soon as she started coming over, I slowed down and backed off to put some distance between us. I would have had room to stop.

I asked my wife how she liked mine. She said she didn't. I asked why not. She said it was to loud. DAH, that's the reason we have it. I love it and for you newbies, it's the way to go.

I highly endorse the Stebel, I own one. But as mac said you wonder when you lay down on the horn what stupid eratic manuver will they do. When you scare them so much I wonder what they will do worse than if you dont blast them at all. Just pondering. But its sure fun to blast the sh*t out of them. LOL

BD can probably help you.

I think the process is for you to find the best price, add 30% and send the money to him. I think he prefers cash.

Never take my thumb off my horn button. You never know. Good habit so I won't have to feel around for it in case something pops up real quick. Thumb don't do anything else, anyway. Jamie

changed lanes from the left lane to the one I was in. Unfortunately, I don't think she looked to the right, because she came over without signaling and her rear bumper was maybe 12"-18" from my front tire.

Sounds like you may have been in her blind spot. I'll hang back passing through their blind spot (especially on the their right side) when approaching an intersection. Once past the intersection I move past them quickly. Like mentioned, a horn blast could have startled her into even more erratic moves.

If I can't see their face in their side mirror then that can't see me. Though even that doesn't guarantee they saw me.

I'd agree with you, except that I was in front of her and to her right, then she passed me and changed lanes right in front of me.

Same here. Since I installed my Stebel, my thumb always hovers over the button, just waiting to blast it.
