Where's my washers

So I have got mine and my buddies 1500's tore apart(week) for a clutch repair. New fibers, new meanie spring and have ordered judges washers from Van Johnson. Got my oem parts and still waiting on the Jw's. No phone call, no email nothing saying they have been shipped or how shipped. I got an email saying he got my money but that is where it stopped. Anyone ever had this issue with said vendor?

You say it's been a week? That isn't much time to wait before starting to complain.

You would think he would at least get some communication from the place he bought the washers.

Well, I had the same struggles....No communication but they eventually showed up.

I think if you are going to be in the business of selling something, communication is important. If you can't run it properly then perhaps it's time to stop selling stuff.

Just because someone sells stuff doesn't mean they have business sense or customer service skills. Anybody can sell things on eBay and become an instant businessman.

I've bought from him several times before, even last Dec, no issues. I even got a tracking number when it shipped. Have you emailed me to see what's up? I think it's one man shop, so hopefully something hasn't happened to him.

Slow shipping but parts are correct

I too had a many week delay between ordering/paying and getting the parts. I did end up requiring Ebay to intervene but did get the parts quickly then.

They work great though.

I sell clutch washers too, but am currently out. I'll have more soon though. PM if interested.

Dude I have no information on how shipped or when. I have called three different times and sent an email asking how shipped and when. I am kind of complaining of not having them especially when he told me Friday(13th) that he was sending out parts Saturday. I am looking for shipping info w/numbers not someone saying well I shipped them. If they come on Friday then great, send me some info to track.

DShelly I should have ordered from you anyway since you have parts on my bike already. I forgot about you making them.

Talked to Van today just before dinner. He said alot is going on in his business. Walkouts, short orders and such. He explained to me that last week he was shorted on the washers and was not sure when they would come in. He then said that someone was supposed to call from the company that makes the washers and advise of his next shipment of washers. He will then call me and let me know of a possible delivery date and that I am the first one on the list. In the mean time
