Well, I probably had one of the shortest return home rides and arrived home about 3pm Friday. Amy rode with me to Greensboro and then turned off south and was going to bypass the Raleigh area on her way home to Greenville.

Enjoyed having everyone in North Carolina. Hope you enjoyed your time here and hope for a safe return home for everyone.

Glad you made it home safely, Todd. Sounds like the rally was a big success! Congrats to you, Amy and all others who helped put it together. I sure wish I could have gone.

Now how about some details, stories, etc? Not much info was coming out of Maggie Valley.

I am positive pics and stories will be coming soon. It was really jam packed with rides and demos and lots of eating....so not much time to post up stuff especially with the slow internet speed we had......it will all start coming in soon. I posted some pics.

Saw the pictures you posted. Great pictures and seeing all the Nomads was awesome. Glad you made it safely home. Hope all the others have a safe trip also. Sure wish I could have made it.

Made it home did not get wet getting home showed Unwind 2 where to have her seat (motorcycle) rebuild got home about 12 noon hope everyone else did the same met some wonderful people can not wait until we meet again

I'm home.
Had a little spill at the Walmart gas station driveway when a car balked on turning in and I grabbed the brake when they straightened up to head my direction. I had started to make my move to go out of the drive when they changed their mind. Grrrrrr. Gotta get a new right side mirror. Double grrrrrr! I knew I should headed off on the airport exit!

Im at a motel in Faimont w Virginia at the moment, we could have gone a lot further today but booked the room so we had to stop here. We'll finish the last 7-8 hours tomorrow.

Made home in one piece....no rain. We stopped at the Wheels Through Time museum before we left - kinda cool but nothing the HD's inside. ::)

Left at 06:20 ET and arrived home at 18:04 CDST. Total of 12 hrs/44 minutes for the 705 mile trip. Had to pull over on I-65 at Evergreen, AL for a few minutes during a severe thunderstorm. Pea sized hail along with blinding rain and very strong winds. We had a great time at the rally. Couldn't have gone better. You're right Todd, the Wi-fi was slower than dial-up at times. That's why I didn't post pictures while we were there. They are coming. Hope everyone makes it home safely. Thanks again Todd and Amy for putting this together for us.

I made it to Shiloh, IL. 565 miles wich is a new PB for me. Ran into some heavy raiin in Sth IL.

Debby & I made it home around 2:30 this afternoon, we stopped off in Cherokee for breakfast and did a little shopping too! Was nice to put some faces with names. Hope everyone had a great rally, thanks again Todd & Amy for all your hard work!

Ken and I are taking our time getting home....sightseeing. We should roll in home tomarrow (sat).

Rode with Tom to Maryville...showed us the place to get my bike's seat redone. Enjoyed riding with you Tom!

It was a great rally...enjoyed see old friends, meeting new ones and putting faces to names. I'm sure we'll all be posting more as we get home...the internet service in those mountains was super slow.

Great job Todd and Amy! Thanks for all your hard work. Also thanks to all the ride leaders and tailgunners. Hey I got to slay the dragon!

Suzanne and I got home about 10:00 PM. Made a stop in Cumming, GA at our son's home and went out to dinner.

We had a great time.
