spark plug tube removal
I want to check my plug tubes. I can verify a shower head socket set at home depot does fit.
Do you need a lot of force to loosen it? I tried with just my hands but it won't budge at all.

Yes, if they've never ever been removed, they can be quite tight! Read your repair book, and follow directions if unsure....

I use a large nut that fits in the hex part of the tube, with a wrench or socket they come out quite easily.

I laughed after reading the section on plug tube removal.... It's in the top end section,,, remove plugs (see electrical) remove plug tube A A referring to the pic. so much for that.
I got the front one off it looked clean no marks at all, The back one a different story I'll break down and get a 27mm and use my breaker bar.

That came from the Kawasaki service manual. Not a big deal just sounded like from other posts it was not hard to loosen.
