I picked up my bike from Chattanooga. Man, what a sweet ride.

This is a fun bike to ride ;)

Thanks again for steering me in the right direction.

Ain't they sweet though?

Vulcan's are just the best of the beasts IMO.

My buddy Mac was a Harley guy all his life, but at the age of 58 he bought a used Nomad after reading my Nomad blog for a year. He built a trailer to tow behind it, loaded up his stuff, and he & his wife rode from New Hampshire to California to visit us. He said it never missed a beat.

We put new tires & brakes on it in my garage before the ride home, and got to talking about all the Harleys he'd owned and how he'd liked them compared to the Nomad.

"Pffft!" he told me, "The Harley is a toy compared to these bikes."

After riding my neighbor's '01 Road King, I gotta agree.

Congratulations! Now you can start making it yours. I would suggest highway pegs. Helps to stretch out the legs a little.
