I don't know anything about it, but if it really is in that good of condition I'd think it would be worth more than $1200.

The scrambler was one of the largest selling bikes in history.

$1,200 is a fair price; after all it is an old bike.

Some parts would be difficult to get for it, and as CJ said... the tires are probably the original... although that wouldn't be any big deal to replace.

There has been a strong market for those bikes in recent years. Don't know that it is so much now.

I rode a friend of mine's back in the day when he bought his new. I have fond memories of a bike like that.

I'm not sure it would have the power to haul my fat-@ss around these days though

My neighbor had one of those when I was a kid and we rode that thing all over the Southern Oregon coast. Fun little scoot to ride! And I'm with you Greg...I would one for each cheek these days.... :)

I remember running around on one of them, and a freind still has one in the garage.
That particular one for sale doesn't look to be in "perfect" condition to me, but it is in decent shape for its age. I doubt Id pay $1200.00 for it, maybe $500.00 tops.

$500? Really. There's a guy in our neighborhood that has one similar to this one and he thinks it is worth its weight in gold. Don't remember what he told me he would sell it for; but I remember just about falling over.

So... I thought $1,200 wasn't too bad. Am I that far off Steve?

I guess its worth what someone is willing to pay, I just don't see that much value in that bike. Im sure if you started looking around you could find one at a much better price.

It looked like this; a 1967 Honda 90.

But not NEAR as good a shape as this one.
