Mike, Nat, Tammy and I are riding over to St. Augustine with some of our friends from the Long Riders. We are planning on leaving our area sometime around 9:00 and will be in St. Augustine around 12. Don't know the itinerary for the St. Augustine area yet, Mike is in charge of the ride.

The plan is to meet at 301 & 44 at the Sunoco gas station at 9am Wednesday.

Going thru the forest to St. Augustine for lunch and Gelato's, do some sight seeing and probably get home around 6 ish.

Anyone who wants to meet us there or ride along is welcome.

Okay so I just had a brain freeze and thought "I don't remember a restaurant named Gelato's. Now that everything is clear Does anyone have any idea of where you will be having lunch? Can we NorEasters get like a two hour window? Although the hours escape me there is a place called Kosmic Bluz on Spanish Street in the historic distict (San Marco).

Ross, I can ride up to ride down if you want company.

We are going to meet at Eggman's place, Sea Oats Caffe', at 1075 A1A Beach Blvd, St. Augustine, FL 32080. We should be there about 12:00 to 12:30. We will meet, have lunch, then go down town to hang out and get some desert.

We are KSU at 9:00 a.m. from the Sunoco station at corner of 301/44 in Wildwood. If anyone in the this area wants to ride, we should have around 6 or 7 coming from the south.

There is a Stained Galss supplier in St Aug and I went down with my sister who is a stained glass artisan to get some supplies. So we went to Sea Oats this morning for pancakes. Outstanding but you can only get them till 11AM.
Ron and Mike et all: I will come back down and see you all between 12 and 12:30. Remember; Wednesday is Scott and Hopes day off so if you plan to see them you might give them a call to alert them? But they weren't there today so they may have changed their schedule for the holidays?
Eric; If you feel like riding up part way to Jax tomorrow we could meet some where part way. I would either come down AIA by the beaches or down Hwy 1 (Phillips Hwy by Jax). Think about how far you want to come up and give me a call on my cell 252-315-4286 and we will set up a meet or I will see you at the caffe around noon if I don't hear from you. I am free after 10 AM tomorrow and it only takes about 45 minutes from my house to the caffe so I have time to spare.

I want to thank Scott (eggman) and Hope for being the most gracious hosts at their restaurant, Sea Oates Caffe. For anyone that is in the the St. Augustine area, this is a most eat place to go to. Hope made each of us a goodie bag and I can tell you right now, I will be gaining about 3 lbs. because of it...banana nut bread, craneberry bread and blondie brownie. If I don't have diabetes now, I will shortly, lol. Scott made potato soup today, hopefully, you'll be lucky enough to get some of that too! The Clubwich was awesome.

Getting to see and spend some time with Ross, Eric, Mike, Nat and our Long Rider friends Ray, Big Jim, David, Vinny and Mango Mike was a Christmas joy for sure. Hopefully we will be able to set up another RTE that will include more of our clan from here.

Tomorrow we ride again, more local but it should be a fun day.
