throwing error code 51+52

Thanks everyone that gave me advice on trailering my bike, got it home without a hitch. It rained all the way home and now it won't start and I get error codes 51 and 52. I have a blow dryer on it trying to dry up the coils does anybody have any other suggestions

Forgot the details the bike is a 2009 1700 with a power cammander V the rest is stock

If the engine cranks over quickly and doesn't reset the clock, i would begin by removing the power commander.

When you say it won't start what does it do?
Does it crank?

Well i removed the power cammander and it started right up. Is there some way to test this power cammander or is it toast?
