21" or 23" Front

Going to put a 21" or a 23" on my 2012 -- I could machine out a Harley wheel like I did on my Roadstar, but was hoping there were some bolt on kits out there ???????

The only bolt on kit I have seen is from Roarin Toyz, but it's not advertised on their website. They use Performance Machine wheels, so the quality is there. The kit is for a 21', I haven't heard of anyone doing a 23", but I would call them and see if they would have an idea, or if they would be interested in developing a 23" kit.

There are several who have done a 21 and the article linked is the only 23 that I'm aware of, but they also raked the front.
