Vendor above and beyond the call of duty !!!
Just called Barefoot Willies to get one of his cup holders for a 7-10 day trip up and around the upper penninsula and back to TN. Asked if I ordered with a credit card it could get to me before next Thursday and he said he wasn't setup for CC's. I asked about paypal and he isn't setup for it. Told me to give him my address and he'd send it out today and probably arrive by Saturday and I could send the check when it arrived. I'm heading to PO to send the check today. How many vendors would do that for someone not even knowing them. Check out his site and what he's got.

That is nice Dave, I like to support little outfits like that (although he would do more business if he'd at least accept PayPal. What size is our handlebar, 1 inch? I might order one of those Cool Rider cup holders..

I don't know, but I'm guessing Barefoot Willie's is a small-time outfit, who hasn't been jaded yet by an endless parade of people trying to scam them.
I ordered a third brake light module the other day for my trailer project. The guy who sells them is a small trailer supply outfit in Ohio. I emailed him to verify the availability and price, and then emailed him back with my shipping address and to tell him the check was in the mail (no Paypal, no online CC). He replied to me that he had mailed the item and was trusting me that the check had indeed been mailed. It was only a $16 dollar item, but it's nice to see that there is some trust left in the world.

That is great to hear. It's nice that trust still exists like that. I hope he's never scorned by a bum that doesn't pay.
