How did you get the name for your bike?
Mine came from the factory with it printed on the saddle bags. :) Didn't seem necessary to go beyond that.

How did you get the name for your bike?
The original owner of my bike liked the band Molley Hatchet, and named the bike Bounty Hunter after one of their songs. I liked the name also, so I kept it..

How did you get the name for your bike?
I named mine after .....my mother-in-law. Here name was Nancy but everyone called her "Nan".
When she passed on my wife got a small inheritance from her estate. My wife took a chunk from the inheritance and told me to go and buy the bike I wanted. So I thought it fitting to name the Nomad after my wife's mother. Before that, it was just "the bike".

How did you get the name for your bike?
I'm with Ells, name on the saddlebag is enough for me. I either call it The Nomad or the bike. I don't get real personal with cars or bikes.

How did you get the name for your bike?
I named her the Honey Hauler cause my girl loves to be on the back and that's the main reason I bought her. I ride a 900LT solo most of the time and it's a tad small for both of us on a longer ride. The Nomad fits us perfectly!

She's Luminous Vintage Red and Pearl Lustre Beige, so the name Ruby Pearl fits the colour.

How did you get the name for your bike?
The group I ride with call it "The Tanker" because I have 4 gallon aux. tank on it. They want me to outfit it with a boom for mobile refueling.

I flog my Nomad mercilessly, and chase it into hostile territory, so I named it after my mother-in-law also! :) Actually, mine is "The Bike". |
