Question Not an oil thread/ just a question

I usually use Amsoil 10/40 however with it now being over $20.00 a litre in Canada was looking at Lucas 10/40. My question is are there any problems with this oil for those that are using it such as clutch slipping and shifting as we have a shared crankcase. engine/clutch. Lucas oil specs say rated JASO/MA Thanks in advance.

I use Mobil-1 High-Mileage 10w40 Full Synthetic (yes, for cars) and pay only $24 for five quarts. I have put 27,000 on my 1700 Nomad with this oil, and about the same mileage on my 2004 Mean Streak.

Thanks for the reply Brydgy. Ater much consideration my last oil change consisted of wix filter and lucas 10W40. Found my Vaquero to be slightly quieter with this oil and at $9.00 a litre it works with my budget.
