2010 Rally Dates

Trip has started a thread in the RL/ARL area of the board trying to coordinate dates for the different Regional Rallies next year so that they don't overlap each other. Several regions have picked dates in June.

I was thinking we should do ours in August sometime as July is a very busy month with baseball for me and it would be tough to get away. We could do a big vote thing (which is never very big in our region), or I could just throw some dates out and see if they stick. The sooner I can give Trip some dates....the better our chances of getting them.

How would August 3,4,5 (Tues.- Thurs.) work for everyone? That leaves a couple days to get there and a couple to get home again...and chances are good for great weather at that time of year. Let me know what y'all think....

Good for me. I don't pick my leave until the 1st of the year, but the folks above me are usually fighting over holidays so it should work.

Plus the VROC rally is in Yakima in June so that might be fun to go to.

That looks good to me. I also think we will like the warmer weather given our possible Rally sites.

plus 1 to what schoeney said and we will be much less likely to
encounter rain like i promise we will at custer in june.
